Remote working resources on ARAG Legal Services website

Business policyholders whose staff may be working remotely, many of them for the first time during the coronavirus pandemic, can use two tools to help ensure that homeworking is legally compliant.

ARAG’s Homeworking Policy builder enables the business to set out the rules and responsibilities for staff who are working from home, while the Homeworker Risk Assessment will help to ensure that the business continues to meet its health and safety obligations.
